About This Site

Why do people make personal websites? Maybe it’s because they have something that they want to say. Or maybe they think that they do interesting shit and want to share that shit with others.

I fall into the latter category. But I always feel like most people only ask about my interests because they want to seem interested or to be polite.

Or… maybe it’s because the things that I think are interesting are actually not that interesting to the general public?

No… No. That can’t be it. I think they find them interesting, at least on the surface. But when I talk about them, I let my passion and excitement for the thing take over and I go deep. I mean, big words kind of deep.

So here we are on my website. Talking about things. You sought me out, so you must find these things somewhat interesting.

But you’ve been warned. I’m gonna get deep. Of course, if you don’t like it, you can bow out and go scroll mindlessly through Facebook (meta?). I won’t be upset. Because… it’s not me, it’s you.
